The U-Boxes were very late on delivery multiple hours. The boxes then sat in the driveway for over 4 hours after a call for pick up, when we gave them a heads up it`d be unloaded within the hour.

was told it would ship on a specific date so I planned my move around that date. It did not ship until 4 days later I was told the local storage location shipped it late. 4135379056

My daughter had to move out of her previous apt before ner new one was available. The U-Box was the perfect solution for temporarily storing her belongings for the interim period!

Really friendly and helpful staff

The staff was very helpful in tracking the box but the on-line tracking could be improved. But again all the staff i contacted were just great!

UBox floor was dirty but otherwise in good shape. Delivery efficient and on time. Just what we needed.

I chose Uboxes for my move because of Uhaul`s reputation. Using these for an in-town move would have been great, however, my boxes sat in North Lansing for 10 days before they were shipped.
