I`ve been trying to get my u-box delivered to Atlanta over a week now and nobody sensor know what they are doing. Why does uhaul offer a product without proper training. This a great inconvenience.

U-box was smaller than dimensions indicated UHaul said it would call within 24hours after returned to center it was 3days later which delayed my shipment.Both could`ve been avoided

We did have some damage to the furniture, which we had padded thoroughly and tied down with bungees. So I wonder if the box was handled roughly. Otherwise, the experience was good.

You double charged us because the contract wasn`t closed properly, your phone system is horrible, and it`s nearly impossible to get to a human who can actually do anything to help.
