The unit was dry and relatively clean. The first unit I was assigned I was unable to open as the locking mechanism was stuck.

Very courteous team! The lady working as I drove in on Saturday allowed me to rent the place over the phone. This allowed me to unload on Sunday and got me ahead of schedule!
