the facility had been flooded, it was also dirty and too cold for climate control storage. I cancelled my reservation, your records should show I cancelled? I call the location directly and your 800.

Mike at the storage was great. Everything went smooth, with no surprises. The thing that I thought was unprofessional is Uhaul holding my $6.95 hostage till you write this review

Good service. Reasonably clean. Could use more carts. I looked in 3 buildings and only found one rusty cart.
