The facilty is well maintained however my unit 1025 had a small opening to the groud that allowed mice to get in and destroy and poop all over several bags of clothing and other items.

charged for it but not climate controlled. 2 small heaters in the hall not adequate in winter and the like an oven in summer.way too expensive.saving $50.00 per month on same space elsewhere

When I closed out and was charged for HEATED, and complained several times about it was UNHEATED. I was told that the unit I had was UNHEATED. $10 extra for no reason is VERY upsetting to me.
