Having storage access closed on Sundays after 5 makes little sense to me since a live person isn`t required to access my unit, and it`s certainly not convenient. I`ve been happy with everything else.

Agent a little distracted because of business levels. Forgot about my boxes that I purchased and to give me my receipt. She did everything when I asked for them. Just seemed to be too busy.
