The facility is decent. We only had issues with the woman at the front desk. She was not very friendly.

Unit was clean and reasonably new. My specific storage unit had a cross brace inside which diminished storage volume a bit, but there were no major detractors.

Joannie, the person that runs the office is very friendly and provided great customer service!. The storage unit was clean, but had a moth ball smell. Great customer service.

The space was advertised as 5`x5`however the space was only 51”x52”.5` is 60! I had to get a bigger space AND PAY MORE MONEY, to fit the tv I had planned to store!

some of the storage area looked a little unsafe. Lady in office was a bit rude. There seemed to be a man hanging out there after close, which was unnerving.
