Had to bring my own light to see in my unit. Access card only worked sometimes. Summer was 90 and above and winters were freezing cold... Not climate controlled. Horrible experience

My billing was incorrectly handled. d. I drove approx. 10 miles and was charged $38.00 for gas usage. It was not possible for me to use this gas in a ten mile drive.

I saw a charge that I was never advised of, received no feedback when I email the facility directly. The storage place is very open at the back of the building would not feel safe alone.
