I was over charged for fuel for a moving truck. I have to climb a latter to get to my storage. The staff attitudes were horrible. I do not recommend this U-Haul service to anyone!!

Need to send email about procedures needed to be done when finished with unit just like you send when you want us to pay and you send lik ten emails. Not satisfied with U-Haul.

The only issue I have is having to wait an extensive amount of time before someone even shows their face to come assist me. I feel there should be @ least one person in the store @ all times.
