I went to the facility at Spring Storage Park Inc. on Saturday 9/24, and was told that there were no inside storage units available. I want a refund!

we didn`t end up renting a storage unit as my mom did not have much left. mike was very helpful. i could`nt cancel reservation online. i called him back he said he would take care of it for me.

New facility, in very good condition. Security seems quite good. The person in ofc was friendly helpful. Only neg is not all the lights are on at night but there are enough that I don`t feel at risk.

The staff were anticpating my arrival therefore prepared, the area was clean and ready for me to move in. Should the need arise again in the future, I definitely will be using this facility
