Never received 1 return phone call to schedule deliver of my 10 boxes until 3 days before. Left 15 messages for GM Jordan + worked with Uhaul corporate to and never a call from Jordon.

WHEN BOOKING A UHAUL RENTAL STORAGE OVER THE PHONE AT THE CALL CENTER, THEY NEED TO MAKE SURE THEY INFORM THE CUSTOMERS THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $10 FEE FOR 24 HOUR ACCESS.

I made the reservation and even though it was confirmed for the day I needed the boxes I was told that the actual delivery would not be possible until the next day. Very upset.
