I had a huge problem with the people on the phone. One man was very sweet but he transferred me and no one seemed to know what to do so either they were disconnected or hanging up on me.

They told me the Uboxes would be shipped on the 4th of April and they weren`t shipped until the 17th of April. I called multiple times and they told me it was shipped already

Robert in Warren OH was awesome. Had problems with reliability/getting back to me from Iris at East LA. The driver was completely horrible.

Horrible horrible customer service. It took us an extra day and a dozen calls to get it picked up. I`m still fearful whether it will get delivered correctly.

coordination of the boxes to be delivered was terrible. The actual person Iris, who delivered the boxes did an excellent job. but communication with locationwas the worst.

The Uhaul box was two hours late and the worker told us we only had 1.5 hours to move two bedrooms of items. We had to send one uhaul box back since we didn`t have time to load it.
