The manager Thomas, and staff Angel and Dennis were very helpful. The online reservations system was basically useless, as I reserved a spot but upon arriving found that nothing was guaranteed

Rat destroyed my stuff, storage door was busted someone tried to break in, could not get access after 7pm, office personnel always in bad moon bad experience

While the staff was excellent, the facilities leave a little to be desired. The rolling stairs are not very stable and made it difficult to move into the second-story storage spaces.
