Storage was in an old basement with very low ceilings. It was a huge hassle to get anything down there!

a dead mouse and mouse droppings and urine all in my storage containers/boxes. my childs stuffed animal were all ruined. very upset that my belongings didnt come back to me the way that I left them.

The storage area was nasty, I mean nasty. I would never recommend them. Area was gated and was not secure. It smelled aweful.

u-box not ready when scheduled, staff was not knowledgeable about u-boxes, unprofessional just said we don`t have experience with this, our u-box blocked by other boxes couldn`t enter
