Service was a little slow: but only because the staff were taking enough time to be sure that everyone there was getting complete service. VERY professional and VERY helpful extremely friendly staff.

Overall good. A few niggles. Bathrooms near storage did not have soap for 2+months. Soda machine dollar bill changer broken for weeks. Tile chipped at storage entryway looks ugly.

We were very happy in our dealings with the Verona Rd. site. Shanta and Dawn were excellent to work with. Our problems with UBox were in our dealings with the Denver site.

Shanta was very helpful fixing poor service that the east side location gave. The east side location did not have the 2nd box we reserved nor did they allow us to drop off the first at that location.
