You lost my Ubox while it was sitting in the parking lot in Concord so shipped a week later than it should have. No one knew anything or could help me during that week. I will never do this again.

Rented a U-Haul truck to remove my items. Impossible to back the truck up to the overhead doors.Inside, more clutter everywhere in the loading area. This was a terrible experience.

When overhead doors are open, anybody can and did gain entry without swiping their cards....if they even had them. Totally unsafe. My wife would not go there alone

The storage unit and our boxes suffered water damage. A call or email to check units surrounding the known water leakage would have been a good idea.
