Fred was AWESOME and super helpful. He was accomodating and understanding that we didn`t have a lot of money. I think the monthly rent is too high but overall experience good.

U-Box needed new latch, which staff put on once box was loaded. The staff was very friendly. Took longer to do paperwork than expected- I was told this was because my information had been lost.

Josh was new to the company and was very speedy. It was his first close out on a unit and he did an excellent Job. Itwas busy and all three people were helpful and did an excellent job.

The storage facility is well maintained although the unit I rented could have used a more thorough sweeping. The morning staff was helpful and friendly but the afternoon staff was a bit more tired.

Need more counter staff. Had to wait a long time just for relatively minor transactions. Your system seems too complex requires the staff`s undivided attention causing the long waits.

The new place has better hours and is closer to our home.

I had a HORRIBLE experience on Sunday. Tom totally misinformed me via the phone a week prior. I would NEVER have gone with your compnay had I known Tom knew nothing.
