Rating:
A mistake was made in the hours we were given that left us stranded. The property manager came out to let us in anyhow. She apologized for their mistake and even gave us a discount.

The only surprise was the set-up fee that totaled $37.82 included $14.99 for a lock that I was not asked if I needed. They are giving me 1 month storage credit.
