Misleading storage website! I was shown a bunch of shipping containers stacked on top of each other. I thought I was looking at a shipping yard. Will never recommend!

Process to reserve online was easy. Got to the location, had to fill out a simple form and was shown to my storage unit which was exactly as I expected. Everything was great!

The units were fine perse but the rate I was quoted at the office was not what the rates were online but much higher.

Customer reserved an upper locker for $79/month. When he showed up he wanted a ground level unit for the price of the upper locker.PASCAL C. 7/19/2011

I could not use this storage unit because I was only allowed to load in load out once. I needed access anytime I wanted but this was not allowed for this type of unit
