fine but facility has not enough equipment to make it easier for everyone and u cant operate elevator from bottom floor which can make it difficult..also ice was on the ground and I slipped.

Customer was offered a handtruck.Ele operations info is on ele door, notice states they are to contact office for assist. Ice has been difficult to keep up with.TARA V. 10/18/2010
