We made an appointment only to be turned away with no access until the next day. So after an 8 hour drive that was a wasted round trip, UHaul offered us a $50 voucher for future rentals. upsetting

ordered u-box on tues or wed for pickup on sunday at 9am. staff had no clue of the reservation nd I had to wait 1hour and 45 minutes before I got the box. obviously not very pleased

I had billing issues since the day I moved into the unit. The staff was either incapable or incompetent to resolve them. I would never suggest anyone use U-Haul storage after my experience.

I wasn`t informed that the 24 access as described wasn`t available until I was signing my contract. The hours are very inconvienent. I was told the situation had been on-going for months??
