charged on 5/24 and not delivered until 6/14, that is just poor service. When we called we got transfered many times. No one help and in the end you blame the trucking company which is a cop-out

The folks at the Roxborough location were fine. We had serious issues with the Memphis Watkins location. They never shipped our box and were rude when we asked for some $$ refund. Bad service.

Uhaul at N Watkins was awful. Despite my reservation Jury Pugh admitted that they do not have a Ubox trailer on their lot. He accused me of not reserving in advance.
