One of the boxes did not have any moving pads in it. I informed the store in olympia wa of it twice!! When they got to AZ they were not informed of the mossing pads

Poor ability to track ubox from AZ to MS. Upon arrival in Jackson Ms. the box sat for 4 days without being checked in. I had to ask for a search to find it at the pickup location.

We packed up very early two weeks so our box would arrive on time. Instead, it arrived two days late. My family and I were very disappointed and I will be lodging a more formal complaint.

Staff was great and very helpful fscility was clean, I just didnot like being on the uper floor with a very small door to get in and out and the temperature in yhe storage unit itself was to hot.
