The unit was absolutely disgusting. There were mice everywhere. I had to throw away almost all of the clothes as the mice had eaten through the bags/boxes and somehow gotten in.

We commented to the attendants several times about mice and mice droppings. They indicated that they had reported the problem, nothing was fixed. We had to remove our belongings. DISGUSTING!
