There were upward changes in the rate that I checked online. They said that they were last minute changes. They also charged my credit card twice.

Recommended, but with precaution! Front desk employee Eddie is wonderful, but the owner has an abrasive personality! After multiple phone calls and negotiation, I did receive exactly what I wanted.

Reply to Ms. Jessica I was unaware of resv. being done through e-move. She was still shown the unit regardless of the mix up. She choose not to rent by choice.( answer a bit late to her remark )JESSICA L. 11/7/2008

The front desk was unaware that an internet reservation could be made and was more interested in saying that it could not be done online then helping me out with a unit reguardless how it was done.
