Rarely did our card work so we`d have to wait until store hours to get in our unit. they changed the card system didn`t tell us. Wasted extra money on gas and trucks to get in to our storage.

It always took forever to get help from the staff when I had to visit the facility. Facility keys did not work and had to get someone to come and unlock. The online bill pay NEVER worked.

I went in to the office to ask a question and the ypung man working was outside smoking when after waiting several minutes I walked out the front door, he then walked in a side door.
