When we got to Clock Tower Self Storage they did not have any record of the reservation but the woman on staff went out of her way to help us and make sure we were taken care of.

We were rushed and they got us in pretty fast. However, pricing was above other facilities in the area. That's probably why they had space.As soon as others open, we'll be moving out stuff.

I reserved a 1st level unit. They didn't inform me that I would be on the 3rd level until after I had signed everything and been there 20 minutes. I was pretty disappointed with that.
Manager response:
I charged NOTHING for this rental for the 1st month, no obligation, & still got the free lock. I waived $10 activation fee as it was indeed our error - wrong spot was held.MYA T. 8/14/2006

I was a day late and they not only held the unit, but had the paperwork done so i didn't waste time. They even provide a lock free of charge!
