I was able to get my passcode for the gate and fill out all the paperwork with having to even go in. Great customer svc. Have not been to unit yet, so I cannot comment on that.

I did not need the storage that was offered, but i would recommend Dogwood Storage to my friends and family. The location is great and the price is right.
