Staff inept, not trained.Took hour to reserve, my questions not answered over hour to pick up. Sent wrong location. Called 4x to get right location but passed off dropped my call. FRUSTRATING.

Worst experience ever. Called the location a dozen times only to be transferred to the call center who transferred me back creating a loop, or disconnecting me.

Jodi was great! UBox service could be streamlined, as I had to wait for a manager to come in to check my reservation, since the regular staff could not. Everyone was very helpful, including Steph!
