I arrived late due to traffic and problems picking up my u-haul van. However, the staff were very helpful in getting me unloaded in the 15 minutes available before closing.

Having only one elevator slowed the process down when more than one group was trying to move at the same time. The facility was clean and of good quality. The staff working there were helpful.
