I did not end up using this storage company because I decided to go with a climate controlled unit instead. Making the reservation and cancelling the reservation were easy. The staff were pleasant.

The only challenge was I called to verify opening hours and was told 9-1 on Sunday. Opening Employee opened at 910 normally not a problem but I had to have rented equipment back by 945.
