The people that try to deliver my Ubox tried to charge me an extra amount for delivery. The customer support is not good esp for ubox. I keep getting bounced around to different people.

Climate control area was not controlled temp. Storage space was dirty cracked walls and floor. Very hard to manuver carts over broken concrete floor. Manager doesn`t listen well to customer.
