When I arrived tonight Friday 1/25 at 7:15 PM to store my first load, the office was closed I had no access to my unit. Fridays supposed to be open till 8PM. Not a good first impression.

The movers were great but they weren`t u-haul people. Your phone system is a joke. The storage facility in Moscow is good.

U-Haul is still figuring this out. I was happy as I was able to make it work, but neither location offered delivery and some boxes were in so-so shape - however the people in both locations were great
