I called for days to reach the mtn view location and no one answered the phone. When my uhual arrived, stuff was broken and the ubox was broken and dented.

Reservation lost for 3 days. Ubox not shipped on 11/30 as promised. No communication.Ubox finally at Redwood City on 12/5. Est.del 12/14-way beyond what I had requested. NOT HAPPY!

The U box was new to your staff and they had trouble doing the paperwork. I suggest you give more training. The U box is a very nice option.
