Very friendly owner, seems like a guy I could get to be friends with, not just the anonymous person that happens to own the facility. More space for less cost than everywhere else in town.

The facility was Prompt and Courteous, but failed to remove the lock and prior contents of the storage room they rented to me as they said they would.
