All went well, we were upgraded to a street side unit which made it much easier to unload. Clean all in one type of place, storage, tanning and laundry. In a quite location of busy roads.

Drove 14 hours with my van & UHaul trailer. Arrived with my confirmed reservation printed in hand. Was told that they don't participate in the online reservation system. Completely disgusted w/ Uhaul.

The unit that I booked online was not available. This facility was nice, but not able to correct the problem. Uhaul was absolutely terrible to work - I'd rate Uhaul a 0.
