When I arrived it was during a busy portion of the morning and the staff handled the heavy traffic smoothly and did not seem overwhelmed. They were incredibly helpful and cheerful.

I would use U-Boxes again. The U-Box needs two improvements, a way to secure the door in a open position, and more wall eyelets to help seure the load in the box itself.
