Friendly staff do all they can to help, but there are simply too many customers for them to handle. Overworked staff and inefficient computer systems make this the worst u-haul branch I`ve been to.

Rude staff, always had a long wait in lobby, parking lot is overcrowded- can`t drive a truck through. Lots of damage to buildings, overflowing dumpster in the back. Yuck!

Communication with the Nashua store wasn`t very good. I couldn`t reach them after my box arrived at their facility Call center made everything work.

It would take FOREVER to be served. 20-40 mins. Several times no one opened the outer door, I`d have to trek back around the building with two small kids numerous3+ times.
