It was stressful and disorganized however every on site employee I spoke with was trying their hardest and still smiling despite everything. Their friendliness saved my opinion of UHaul.

9 day delay in shipping box out. I was never notified and only found out by calling. Unacceptable customer service and incompetence at Nashua DW Hiway location. That is where I was told to drop box.

Ubox is so new manager doesn`t,t know enough about it. Have asked for insurance of 10000 he still doesn`t, know how to do it. Also cannot be definitive on what happens when it arrives at destination.
