The service we received at this facility was excellent. The staff is very helpful and considerate. They even called me promptly to let me know that I had left an item in the truck.

It was a much better experience dealing with the Nashville, TN folks than it was with the Charleston, SC King St people! Because of Nashville, we would be willing to do it again.

They originally told me it would take 8-10 business days to ship my box from TN to NJ, but it only took 3. Great and really helpful!

Good service, except that my credit card got stolen and had to be canceled, and UHaul billed a late notice rather than asking me to update it.

Staff was confusing with communication. On the phone, I was left on the line several times for over 30 seconds without warning or explanation, including when I picked up the phone initially

It was late even tho I called day before to confirm didn`t get through the phone hold system. Not impressed w pre-delivery service since I couldn`t get any, but once it got there things went well.

I waited on hold for a total of ONE HOUR, just to get confirmation that my box was at the location and ready for me to come and unload. U-hold!

some items arrived broken more warning of how uboxes are handled would have been nice, so that i could have prepared my items for a rougher moving experience.
