Box was two weeks late because computer system couldn`t process credit card on the day of drop off at the send off location. This cost me a lot of unexpected money, which is very frustrating.

Although disorganized called Tuesday to schedule pick-up Friday and had to call repeatedly Thursday when I did not receive a call back overall this was a good experience.
