When i called to reserve the people on the phone reserved a unit that was not even available. This was not the locations fault. it was the fault of the call center. i had to settle for a smaller unit.

The man who worked there opened the store an hour late and was completely unapologetic about it. He, in fact, joked about it. Other staff members were also very rude to me. I will never use again.

Misinformation about rent price, then rent was arbitrarily increased during stay. Wouldn`t prorate so I had to pay for a full month when I only needed three days. Always a headache!
