Great concept. The staff at the Natick location was slow, unprofessional and wasted hours of my time.

I love the concept, but the only employee at the Natick Uhaul was untrained and very slow. There was only one customer ahead of me and it took an hour and 20 minutes... Very irritating!

Took over a month to get the box picked up after being done with it, staff was pleasant, but seems organizationally poor. Then I was billed for extra use, which I am still trying to get a credit for.

The ubox was 24 hours late and only delivered after 4 phone calls to the store. Service could have been better completed by a 5 year old

Phone customer service had very long wait on hold. It was hard to get someone at the store location who knew anything about the U-Box product.
