Rating:
The only bad thing was the parking along 372. Otherwise the staff was nice and very helpful. One boy even moved his car so we could get closer for unloading!

U-Haul needs to come up with a plan to recover trucks that customers refuse to return on time. What`s the point of a reserveation if you can keep it as long as you want? NOT HAPPY

The ponytail supervisor was very rude and was again rude to other customers another day. If I was not familiar with the store I would have taken my business elsewhere.

The door to my unit is not level and therefore difficult to lock. Also, at the time of rental service was exceptionally slow.
