My unit had rat waste everywhere, and i was paying insurance, turns out, the insurance doesn`t cover anything. This is embarrassing that a company so big has this issues.

Need to expand hours of access so that working people have more time chess their units. Should be a 24 hour facility. It took me two days to empty my small unit became of the facility hours.

this storage place is horrible, the roof leaked inside of our unit ruining stereo, clothing and many other things.also roof leaked in hallways we didnot get anythimg for.our lose
