The local facility was excellent. The 1-800 number to call and schedule sucks. Give more control to the local store for scheduling.

Everyone was helpful and friendly at the U-Haul in New Windsor NY.The only problem is I was told my U-Box would be in Florida in two weeks, it`s been 20 days and Iam still waiting

A much better tracking services is necessary. I was told one day that it would not be delivered for another week, and then I got a call the next day that the box had arrived.

No one was able to find my box for over a month it was finally found in Titusville Fl and I was charged another month rent when it was lost in transit. I am very upset with your service

need more tie downs inside box 4 not enough.when box is locked screws to latch are exposed anyone can unscrew and gain access.
