upon calling business the phone was answered very unprofessionally--i drove by thuis facility looked run down and false advertisement regarding facility and rented space --

Web site users are advised to call the office number directly. The facility did not have a positive appearance and the general security of the area may be in question.

After driving I found no U haul at the location,I called the number listed to find that it was no longer a U haul number. Please refund me all of my money and stop charging any money for it.
