Donna delivered our boxes and was very helpful in suggesting a good place to locate them. One of the boxes had a small hole in the side, but it didn`t affect our packing.

UBox latch was bent and misalligned, making it very hard to open or close. Arranging logistics is slow. Would be helpful if off-site UHaul representatives could arrange pickup, shipment, and delivery.
