UBox latch was bent and misalligned, making it very hard to open or close. Arranging logistics is slow. Would be helpful if off-site UHaul representatives could arrange pickup, shipment, and delivery.

Donna was extremely helpful in terms of delivering the boxes, but Uhaul generally was awful after taking my money at the end of January. Extremely disappointed when compared to POD service.
