Apparently this reservation online thing doesn`t work, when I showed up the person at the office didn`t know what I was talking about. But the help was very friendly.

Climate controlled facility holds a good temperature. Only issue so far is the keypad closest to my storage facility was broken, so I had to go around to another entrance to gain access.
