I ended up switching locations but the customer service was great! I just had to switch since another location of A1 was closer.

Rating:
Russell forgot to unlock my unit before he left. Then when I opened my unit, it contained metal slats. It was heavy, and we had to move them out on our own. Its just unacceptable.
