I was very impressed by Concord St Self Storage, they were very helpful, they even called me a day early to confirm the reservation and let me arrange necessary information over the phone.

The information regarding this location on the u-haul website is conflicting regarding the hours and phone number.
Manager response:

Great facility, very clean and well lit inside. It was a little difficult to load the carts in the back parking lot because its not flat and the carts want to roll, and its not well lit at night.

The building is new and easily accessible. The space is exactly as promised. The parking lot could use some repair.
